I am originally from Fort Gratiot, Michigan and Graduated from Port Huron Northern High School in 1990. Then attended ITT Institute in Fort Wayne Indiana and received an associate degree in automotive repair. I then realized that that was not the career that I wanted to pursue. I started the surveying profession in 1992 and I realized immediately that this was the profession for me. I started working as a rod man and I worked my way up the ladder and after being a crew chief for 4 years I decided to move to the Copper Country to attend Michigan Technology University. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2008. After passing the state examinations I received my Professional Surveyors license and established Clearwater Surveying. After working with local realtors for the last five years I’ve seen that buyers and sellers of real estate could also benefit from my surveying background. I put in the extra work and received my real estate salesperson license in 2013 and started working for Northern Michigan Land Brokers. With a strong work ethic, knowledge of real estate and surveying background I can assist you in selling or buying your piece of this amazing place we call the Copper Country. I am proud to have established my business to serve the people of the beautiful Copper Country. Judy & I enjoy spending time with our families & our five grandchildren.
