August

August is here! The weekend was extremely busy with showings and offers. We got deals together on a camp near Alston, a waterfront home in Bootjack, a waterfront home near Calumet, a waterfront home on Lake Bailey and some vacant waterfront near Lake Linden. Lots of paperwork today, and now getting ready for more showings tomorrow. We seem to be in the busiest point of the year right now!

Tuesday

Hello! CLICK HERE to see a really neat cordwood home on Lake Superior on Lakeshore Drive! Today we wrapped up a closing on a house in Chassell, so that was good news for the buyers and sellers. FYI, if you are a homeowner in the Houghton area, now is a great time to sell! Residential inventory is lower than usual, and we still have a lot of buyers still looking for a home. Good time to be a seller. Take care!
